Ever wonder why seemingly average people run/race better than you and yet you train harder, faster or longer than them? It’s called mind over matter — and learning how to fuel your mind as well as your body with the right mindset training.

Runner’s Mindset is about taking the physical training program and adding in the mental aspects that help you go from good to great. I have lived and trained my body and brain over the past 30+ years to finish every race I have started (more than 200) ranging from 5Ks to marathons as well as a week-long desert survival course and three-day TransRockies Run.

The good news is this can be a learned trait. Runner’s Mindset is not just about running, but how running or training can help fuel your fire and results in all areas of your life.

If you’d like to learn how to master your mind in more positive ways to reach running, training and life goals, including qualifying for and learning how to successfully train for and run the Boston Marathon (or any race distance), I’d love to hear from you. Your success is my success and no goal is too small or large if it’s in your heart to do it. The first place to start is to have the desire and then anything is possible.
